DESCRIPTIVE PROCEDURE FOR WINE PRODUCE
The white table wine is obtained by means of the natural fermentation of grapes from white varieties, such as Pedro Ximenez and Gibi, coming from the wineyards with implants in the Province of Mendoza.

The collected grape during the first hours of the day is separated from the bunch by means of special machinnery and then it is drained in low pressure presses, obtaining in this way the grape juice which is then fermented.

The red table wine is obtained through a blend of the varieties Bonarda, Merlot, Tempranillo and Malbec. The grapes which are gathered during the day are separated by means of special machinery and then throw into pools without any sort of drainage, and in this way the process of fermentation starts with its natural yeasts in  contact with skin and the seeds which give the resulted wine the characteristic colour and the antioxidant properties.  During this fermentation it is cooled at an average temperature between 18 and 22° C.

Once fermentation is finished, the necessary straining is done to take off sediments and wine remains clean. As to the wine sweetness, it is obtained with natural sugar from the grape.
